Credit Analyst

📋 Description

• Run the underwriting process for factoring advances and reserves
• Respond to inbound factoring-related requests from internal teams and external brand partners
• Update internal trackers and maintain clean data
• Run monthly reconciliations; identify and route discrepancies to appropriate teams for correction
• Prepare quarterly marketing campaigns and work closely with the Marketing team
• Analyze and score new factoring requests against credit metrics to put forth approval or rejection

🎯 Requirements

• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude) as an accelerant, paired with independent
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills – building and auditing complex formulas
• Financial and credit analysis fundamentals – AR aging, DSO, credit scoring, risk classification
• Strong data hygiene – attention to detail, verifying source data accuracy
• Comfort with reconciliation across systems (QuickBooks, BI tools)
• Clear, concise communication – written and verbal
