Credit and Collections Analyst (6-month Contract)

📋 Description

• Own AR aging; resolve disputes and billing inquiries.
• Meet department goals and activity metrics.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Reconcile customer disputes on payments.
• Maintain relationships with customers and sales.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting (advantageous).
• Experience in accounting, budgeting or finance role.
• 3+ years in B2B customer collections.
• Experience reviewing financials and setting credit limits.
• NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent reconciliation, communication, and Excel skills.
