Credit and Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• Own AR aging; manage collections metrics and resolve disputes.
• Meet department goals and activity metrics.
• Participate in process improvement projects as assigned.
• Recommend accounts for suspension after proper collection.
• Communicate status of designated accounts to Collections Manager.
• Cash management: analyze and resolve unapplied cash promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in accounting, budgeting, or finance roles.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B customer collections.
• Experience reviewing financials and establishing credit limits.
• NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent account reconciliation skills.
