Credit and Collections Lead

📋 Description

• Set strategic direction for credit and collections: portfolio, aging, cash forecast, risk monitoring.
• Own credit-risk framework: reviews, risk assessments, limits, terms, escalation.
• Drive global AR collections: improve cash, reduce aging, optimize DSO.
• Lead complex escalations: overdue balances, disputes, payment plans, actions.
• Define AI/automation roadmap for credit/collections: prioritization, risk detection, outreach, reporting.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Product, Engineering to build scalable workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in credit, collections, AR, or Order-to-Cash ops.
• Strong credit risk knowledge: AR aging, DSO, reserves, write-offs.
• Experience refining credit policies, terms, escalation frameworks, approvals.
• Manage complex high-value escalations balancing risk and customer experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with multiple revenue models.
• Track record using data, automation, and AI to improve prioritization and efficiency; cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance Systems, etc.
