📋 Description

• Manage Americas customer ledger for timely collections.
• Oversee portfolio of accounts to maintain cash flow.
• Collaborate with offshore collections team to hit targets.
• Proactively pursue overdue debts via phone, email, and letters.
• Build strong customer relationships to resolve payment issues.
• Monitor accounts for risk and escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in credit manager, credit analyst, or AR role.
• Strong understanding of credit control and Americas debt collection.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, professional tone.
• Build rapport while ensuring payment discipline.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP systems like SAP/Oracle/Sage/NetSuite a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
