Credit Bureau Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Supporting the sourcing, onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and
• Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data and products we hold
• Tracking and reconciling spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surfacing
• Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
• Helping test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and writing up findings for the
• Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring

• Highly organised and thrive on keeping many moving parts in order i.e tracking actions, deadlines
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• Sharp eye for detail across invoices, contracts, trackers and records stay accurate in your hands
• Proactive and self-starting: you chase things down and keep work moving without being asked
• Genuinely curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lending and keen to
• Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services
