📋 Description

• Design and own the digital underwriting strategy, defining eligibility criteria, risk segmentation
• Define initial credit limit assignment logic by segment, balancing activation, payment capacity
• Build and maintain the portfolio monitoring suite, including vintage curves, roll rates
• Translate strategies into production decision rules in the decision engine with Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; a
• 5 years of experience in consumer credit risk analysis in fintech, cards, or consumer banking.
• Experience in underwriting, behavioral scoring, or portfolio management, with rules taken to
• Experience building or scaling an analytics function or data team (desirable).
• Knowledge in risk modeling and credit strategy.
• Knowledge of IFRS 9: expected credit loss (ECL).
