📋 Description

• Analyze credit card portfolio performance across lifecycle.
• Identify trends and opportunities to drive growth and engagement.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Partner with Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and measure impact.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations to translate questions into analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services, consumer lending, credit cards, or portfolio analytics.
• 3+ years in data analysis, reporting, BI, or portfolio management.
• Experience using data to influence marketing strategies and business decisions.
• Proficiency with Tableau/Power BI, SQL; dashboard development; KPI reporting.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and credit card products; strong communication.
