Credit Card Strategist

📋 Description

• Analyze portfolio performance across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify trends to grow card usage and engagement.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with marketing to evaluate campaigns and impact.
• Support A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related.
• 5+ years in financial services, consumer lending, or credit cards.
• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or portfolio management.
• Strong SQL skills and large dataset querying.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with multiple data sources and enterprise data environments.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
