Credit Controller

📋 Description

• Communicating with customers in a professional and timely manner to collect overdue payments and
• Responding to and resolve queries from merchants
• Creating and distributing reports on outstanding debt and incoming payments
• Allocating customer payments and calculation up-to-date account balances
• Using business judgement to recommend credit notes or payment plans as appropriate, raising with
• Managing payment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Very customer service orientated
• Comfortable with assisting in resolving billing and credit queries
• Previous work experience or study in Finance / Accounting, or a degree that requires high numeracy
• A self-starter who can work with minimal guidance
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, who enjoys working with a wide range of people
• Ambitious and enthusiastic to develop a career in Credit/Finance at GoCardless
