📋 Description

  • Manage the partner support queue in Salesforce with timely, high-quality responses
  • Support partner engagement via surveys, newsletters, and webinars
  • Maintain and update partner-facing resources, including the Partner Help Center
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues; file bug tickets with Engineering
  • Review loans for policy violations and work with partners to resolve issues
  • Conduct operational audits to ensure data accuracy of partner submissions

  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset; able to use data to inform decisions
  • Structured thinker who can troubleshoot systems and improve processes
  • Experience in customer service or partner support with high-quality service
  • Excellent communication skills; able to document processes for diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a bonus
