Credit Risk Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop credit and fraud strategies using data and ML to optimize risk decisions
• Bring innovative thinking to recommendations and problem solving
• Design A/B tests and assess risk versus customer experience trade-offs
• Continue to innovate by testing new data, analytics approaches and models
• Partner with Data Science, Product and Engineering to implement strategies
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on risk management, product, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering or Economics
• 2+ years of experience in credit risk/fraud/data science in consumer lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; DBT and Looker a plus
• Strong communication to technical and senior Management
• Experience with segmentation, statistics, and financial analytics
