Credit Service Representative

📋 Description

• Customer-centric inbound and outbound credit communications.
• Investigate and verify credit, employment, and financial data for mortgage underwriting.
• Manage supplement requests with detail and timely turnaround.
• Interpret credit reports, including bankruptcy or foreclosure.
• Deliver timely, accurate information to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and privacy standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial services or mortgage services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory considerations.
• Customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to interpret complex credit scenarios (foreclosure, bankruptcy).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred; PST availability.
