Credit Service Representative

📋 Description

• Customer-centric inbound and outbound communication that meets company quality standards
• Investigation and verification of credit, employment, and financial information supporting mortgage
• Management of incoming and pending supplement requests with attention to detail and turnaround time
• Interpretation and review of credit reports, including complex scenarios such as bankruptcy or
• Delivery of timely, accurate information to customers and internal teams
• Compliance with all Federal and State regulations, privacy standards, and internal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial services or mortgage services industry (required)
• Strong understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory considerations
• Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Ability to interpret complex credit scenarios (foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.)
• Excellent communication, decision-making, persuasion, and problem-resolution skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team-based environment
