• Translate credit and underwriting policies into decision platform and maintain accurate and
• Track how configured policy performs against intent and portfolio results through dashboards on
• Brief senior leaders across Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Product, and Engineering on execution
• Maintain a full version history and audit trail of every policy change to support back-testing and
• Design, deliver, and validate A/B, champion/challenger, and shadow tests on policy changes ahead of
• Prioritize and sequence configuration change requests against engineering and product capacity to

• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on engineering quality processes, with the ability to
• Skilled at building and maintaining monitoring dashboards and translating performance data into
• Experience using with software such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau, Claude/ChatGPT
• Deep understanding of credit and underwriting policy and how configuration choices translate into
• Strong sense of ownership over outcomes — from policy configuration through to portfolio
• High integrity and sound judgment — comfortable escalating and surfacing blind spots for leadership
