Credit Trader - Prime Finance

📋 Description

• Execute a variety of credit structures, incl. credit and control agreements.
• Develop new credit structures, agreements, and documentation as portfolio changes.
• Provide solution-based credit offerings to client needs and drive revenue.
• Negotiate, prepare, and close lending contracts.
• Move and track collateral across venues to optimize utilization and funding.
• Originate and manage external funding partner relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in credit trading or structuring; tier-1 bank preferred.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, esp. financing; lending at top crypto platform preferred.
• Experience structuring complex financial products with institutions and startups.
• Strong familiarity with US financial product regulations.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships with legal, ops, compliance, sales and biz teams.
• A highly collaborative, team-player mindset.
