Creditors Team Lead

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and efficient management of the company's creditors book
• Review output of in-house creditors team and ensure compliance with company policy
• Administer new and existing creditors relationships including new creditor onboarding
• Ensure payments to creditors are accurate and per contractual terms
• Review payment reconciliations between purchase orders and creditor invoices
• Initiate refunds and interbank transfers for working capital management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years experience leading an accounts payable or creditors team
• Minimum book size of R30m plus
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
