📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights and draft case documents.
• Attend pretrial hearings and advise clients on strategies.
• Manage court appearances, trials, motions, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Analyze likely outcomes using legal precedents.
• Manage the workload of cases.
• Provide legal analysis to determine potential case benefits.
• Accrue evidence to support the client's case or counter charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense law via clinics, volunteer work, or internships.
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Active bar admission (graduates awaiting admission considered).
• A team player open to helping, strategizing, and working with colleagues.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
• Record of moving legal cases forward and ability to manage a caseload.
• Experience with Case Management Software is preferred.
