📋 Description

• Maintain client contact and provide case updates promptly
• Manage attorney schedule and court appearances
• Process cases for trial prep, including documents and data entry
• Prepare subpoenas and cancel subpoenas when trials end
• Request criminal history and records from various sources
• Schedule defense attorney meetings with prosecutors and conduct depositions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of Criminal Defense experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal field
• Experience with Case Management Software
• Experience with Federal Criminal matters
