• Maintain client communication and provide case updates.
• Process criminal cases for trial prep, documents, and data entry.
• Complete daily court calendar, obtain jury panels, and issue discovery.
• Prepare subpoenas and cancel subpoenas when trials change.
• Enter revocation petitions and prepare court files.
• Request criminal history docs (national/state/local, BMV).

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of Criminal Defense experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Paralegal or legal experience.
• Experience with Case Management Software.
• Based in LATAM.
