Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly
Process criminal cases for trial preparation, including legal documents, data entry, and
Complete a daily court calendar, obtain jury panels, and issue discovery to defense attorneys
Prepare subpoenas and cancel subpoenas when trials are completed, dismissed, or continued
Enter revocation petitions and prepare files for court
Request criminal history documentation, including national, state, and local criminal histories

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of Criminal Defense experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Paralegal or legal experience
Experience with Case Management Software
Based in LATAM
