• Criminal Defense Paralegal/Law Clerk role at The Matian Firm
• Provide legal research, document creation, and data management
• Support department with case flow and court processes
• Collaborate with attorneys and report to the Department Supervisor
• Maintain knowledge of current legislative and regulatory guidelines
• Work in a fast-paced criminal defense environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 years of Criminal Defense experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Previous experience as a paralegal or in another legal field
• Experience with Case Management Software
