Crimmigration Associate Attorney

📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights and draft case documents
• Manage post-conviction relief cases (vacate, expungements, reductions)
• Interact with criminal and immigration practices
• Attend motion hearings and advise clients on strategies
• Handle open criminal cases (arraignments, pre-trials, pleas, sentencing)
• Manage court appearances, draft motions, interview clients, research

🎯 Requirements

• Criminal Defense or Immigration Law experience
• Experience handling state/local criminal cases
• A team player who collaborates with fellow associates
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
