📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights; draft documents.
• Handle post-conviction relief cases (vacate, expungements, probation terms).
• Work with criminal and immigration practices; collaborate with team.
• Attend motion hearings and advise clients after hearings.
• Handle open criminal cases: arraignments, pre-trials, pleas, sentencing.
• Manage court appearances, motions, interviewing clients, and research.

🎯 Requirements

• Criminal Defense or Immigration Law experience.
• Experience with state and local criminal cases.
• Team player open to helping and strategizing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
