Build and lead Axon's Crisis Management Program for global events.
Design enterprise crisis frameworks, governance, and response standards.
Develop crisis playbooks, decision tools, and procedures for rapid response.
Establish sustainable processes to improve readiness and resilience.
Coordinate cross-functional crisis response across Legal, HR, Workplace, IT, Manufacturing
Prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events with strategic impact.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience leading or supporting crisis management, emergency management, enterprise security
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives.
Demonstrated project and program management experience.
Ability to influence across organizations and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications in crisis management or related fields are a plus (e.g., FEMA/ICS, PMP).
