Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mission-critical HVAC.
Diagnose and repair complex HVAC, refrigeration, and hydronic issues.
Read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and control diagrams.
Monitor equipment via Building Management Systems (BMS) and trend data.
Respond to emergency service calls while maintaining uptime.
Mentor junior technicians and provide technical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred
EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification
10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
3+ years in mission-critical facilities or data centers
Read blueprints, schematics, and sequence of operations
Proficient with CMMS; strong communication skills
