Critical Environment Solutions Regional Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee HVACR service delivery in data centers, healthcare, and critical facilities.
• Own end-to-end ops, tech performance, financials, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and lead a high-performing service org focused on safety and reliability.
• Develop service standards, SOPs, and QA across teams.
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, and workforce utilization for efficiency.
• Track productivity, uptime, safety, and responsiveness; drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HVACR or industrial mechanical services.
• 5+ years in leadership with ops and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and KPIs.
• Lead field teams and grow service operations.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Able to work in varied environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, extremes).
• Willing to travel regionally for emergencies.
