Critical Harms Investigations & Incident Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead investigations into critical incidents, including safety threats
• Use internal tools, data analysis, and OSINT to gather evidence
• Serve as SME and primary contact for critical incidents with execs
• Ensure investigations are well-documented and timely
• Operate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for high-risk incidents
• Direct incident response with cross-functional teams and exec comms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in investigations/incident mgmt
• 5+ years managing high-pressure investigations with independence
• Excellent written/verbal communication to execs and non-technical partners
• Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and investigation tools
• Mentoring junior investigators and guiding complex casework
• Familiar with online safety and high-severity content (preferred)
• Strong project management and ability to build processes from scratch
