Administer and troubleshoot BMS/BAS platforms including Tridium Niagara, WebCTRL, Metasys.
Manage environmental monitoring, controls, alarms, schedules, trends, and user permissions.
Support enterprise VMS and camera infrastructure across all locations.
Own incidents, requests, changes, and escalations through resolution and documentation.
Improve monitoring, reduce alert noise, and ensure platform reliability and security.
Automate provisioning and reporting using scripts, APIs, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years supporting BMS/BAS or building automation systems.
Production experience administering an enterprise BMS/BAS platform.
Experience with VMS and camera infrastructure.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, and network segmentation.
Understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and environmental monitoring.
Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
