• Proven leadership in technical delivery and teams.
• Hands-on campaign execution, config, and automation.
• Expertise in at least one platform: Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, or Braze.
• Deep knowledge of marketing operations and customer journeys.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
