CRM Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and maintain segmentation models, cohorts, and behavioral analytics for Fever's global users.
• Define CRM metrics and attribution to measure impact on retention, frequency, and revenue.
• Translate business questions into analyses and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to build and automate CRM reporting pipelines and dashboards.
• Define audience targeting logic, personalization rules, and data-driven triggers with the CRM team.
• Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle and propose data-backed strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM or CS.
• 2–5 years in data analytics, BI, CRM strategy.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries.
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Able to translate data findings to non-technical audiences.
• English fluent; Spanish a plus; BI tools helpful.
