CRM Campaign Manager

📋 Description

• Hands-on execution of email campaigns across enrollment marketing programs.
• Build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns in the CRM platform.
• Translate segmentation, personalization specs, and content briefs into emails.
• QA-checked, deployment-ready emails following briefs and specs.
• Work in nearshore Bogota hub; high-volume campaigns; collab with Colombia team.
• Drive enrollment for healthcare education institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building/deploying email campaigns in enterprise CRM/marketing platforms.
• Experience with segmentation, dynamic content, personalization vars, and A/B testing.
• HTML email templates and deployment in CRM; coordinate with Colombia team.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus; able to work in distributed teams.
• Formal degrees welcome but not required; equivalent experience OK.
• Strong attention to detail; perform pre-deployment QA.
