📋 Description

• Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses, and behavioural analytics
• Define measurement and attribution methodologies for CRM initiatives — quantify the impact of
• Translate business questions into structured analyses, and analytical findings into clear
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to build and automate reporting pipelines
• Work with the CRM execution team to define audience targeting logic, personalisation rules, and
• Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field — Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering (any
• 2–5 years of experience in a data-analytical role: customer analytics, business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills — you can write complex queries to extract and transform customer data
• Python or R experience for data analysis and automation. You don't need to be a software engineer
• Ability to build business cases and communicate data findings to non-technical audiences. You
• Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking — you approach ambiguous business questions methodically.
