• Hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or a similar
• Fluent/professional working level in Slovakian and English
• Experience building and launching email or CRM campaigns yourself, with strong attention to detail
• Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Optimove, Bloomreach/Exponea
• A testing mindset. You're comfortable developing hypotheses, running A/B tests and using the
