📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain CRM integrations using scalable APIs
• Prioritize CRM integrations based on demand and feasibility
• Architect data mapping, normalization, and bidirectional sync
• Write clear specs and API docs for maintainability
• Collaborate with product/engineering to fit architecture and security
• Analyze integration performance to reduce friction and speed delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in backend or integration role
• Experience as a product engineer or in a product mindset
• Hands-on API integrations with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
• REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and API keys
• Relational databases and CRM data modeling
• Backend coding in Python, Node.js, or Java
