CRM Executive - German Speaking

📋 Description

• Responsibility for the smooth deployment and execution of CRM campaigns in your designated focus
• Responsibility for the end to end CRM production process, including briefing, coding emails in
• Build, execute and optimise automated email journeys to improve conversion and drive retention
• Manage the QA process, ensuring that all work that goes out to customers is of the highest standard
• Ensure good internal communication around planned CRM activity
• Use a data driven approach to make commercial decisions on product/content selections for campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 0-1 years experience in CRM or other related marketing position
• A recent grad or entry-level experience in CRM or other related marketing position
• Demonstrable planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships with key stakeholders/teams
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve in an independent and proactive manner
