CRM Executive - Gibraltar

📋 Description

• Build, QA and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS.
• Support lifecycle automations and customer journey execution.
• Build audience segments and targeting logic within Braze.
• Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters and bonus setup.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Assist with reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Has experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience building and launching CRM campaigns.
• Comfortable with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and QA standards.
• Enjoys working with customer data, segmentation and testing.
• Organised, proactive and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
