Toronto-based, hybrid (2–3 days in office)

🎯 Requirements

Proven CRM campaign execution in a B2C environment
Strong segmentation, lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies
Experience with CRM platforms like Optimove or similar
Analytical skills with reporting and performance measurement
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail & compliance
