🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in CRM with end-to-end campaigns at scale.
• Braze expert: canvases, segments, content blocks.
• HTML/CSS for emails; SQL for audience analytics.
• Liquid/AMPScript; experience with CDPs and data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Analytical mindset; define KPIs and data-driven CRM recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills; English fluency; manage multiple campaigns.
