  • Braze (mandatory): deep hands-on expertise including canvases, segments, content blocks.
  • HTML/CSS for email & in-app templates; SQL for audience analysis.
  • Liquid/AMPScript or similar; experience with CDPs and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines; ability to brief/troubleshoot with MarTech/data teams.
  • Analytical mindset: define KPIs and measurement frameworks for CRM.
  • English fluency; strong communication & cross-functional collaboration.
