📋 Description

• Work with initial requirements, specifications and change requests, translating business needs into
• Execute and maintain system configurations across relevant back-office platforms.
• Build, update and quality-check CRM email templates in line with campaign requirements and brand
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm campaign content, targeting, timing and technical
• Become familiar with the different backend and CRM systems, acting as a hands-on problem solver and
• Support the Operations team with day-to-day platform, campaign and configuration requests.
