📋 Description

• Own Braze-driven CRM programs for B2C and B2B audiences.
• Execute campaigns, QA, and maintain platform hygiene.
• Collaborate with data/engineering to unlock automation infra.
• Shape CRM strategy across audiences.
• Role combines architect and hands-on builder.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in marketing ops, CRM, or growth ops.
• Deep Braze experience: Canvas flows, segmentation, subscription groups, QA.
• HTML, CSS, and Liquid for dynamic content in emails and messaging.
• Data-driven; able to build clean, scalable CRM systems.
• Incrementality thinking: holdout groups, control logic, lift.
• Fluent written and verbal English; strong cross-team communication.
