CRM Lifecycle Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Support the CRM Lifecycle Manager in executing and maintaining automated customer journeys and
• Build, configure, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns and journeys within CRM and messaging
• Conduct rigorous pre-launch QA across content, links, rendering, dynamic logic, deep links
• Partner with Creative, Digital, Brand, and CRM stakeholders to manage briefs, asset handoffs
• Monitor campaign and journey performance, maintain recurring reports, identify trends or anomalies

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, email, or digital marketing, preferably
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Attentive
• Experience in working in Asana or other similar project workflow systems.
• Working knowledge of automated customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, testing
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA instincts, with the ability to identify issues before
