📋 Description

  • Design, launch, and optimise multi-channel CRM journeys (Welcome, Retention, Reactivation)
  • Own CRM metrics; drive data-driven improvements
  • Localised CRM strategy to boost Player Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, and reduce churn
  • Define segmentation (behavioural, value-based, lifecycle) for targeted promotions
  • Collaborate with Product to promote gamified features within the CRM lifecycle
  • Test and scale new promotions, offers, and communications based on data

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience, ideally in iGaming
  • Proven campaigns across onboarding, retention, reactivation
  • Strong KPI knowledge: NGR, Active Days, Churn, ARPU; data-driven actions
  • Experience with CRM and performance tracking tools (Tableau or similar)
  • Segmentation expertise: behavioural, value-based, lifecycle
  • Interest in gamification and player psychology; cross-functional work; English (upper-intermediate)
