• Plan and execute CRM campaigns; track results to optimize engagement
• Partner with product and other teams to enable CRM readiness for new markets
• Oversee reporting; define needs for new CRM features and refine processes
• Stay updated on CRM trends; continually improve strategies and processes
• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure compliance with internal processes
• Manage daily CRM campaigns and ensure timely execution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1+ year CRM management experience
• No-code CRM platforms: Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io
• Upper-intermediate English; strong written and spoken communication
• iGaming experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with accuracy
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decisions
