📋 Description

• Lead CRM project for a major Monks Brasil client.
• Hybrid work in São Paulo: 4 days in-office, 1 day home office.
• Coordinate with project leadership and a remote delivery team.
• Translate client needs into actionable CRM actions and ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Oversee daily operations and project governance, with risk management.
• Foster innovation and process improvements within the CRM function.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid CRM/E-mail Marketing experience.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms (Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze, etc.).
• Proven track record in CRM project management and journey strategies across channels (Email, SMS
• Strong communication skills (written and presentations).
• Leadership experience and people management.
• Proactive, data-driven with storytelling and data visualization skills.
