• Lead CRM strategy, connecting initiatives, priorities, and investments with client business

• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, leading meetings, executive
• Manage operational performance by overseeing priorities, resources, capacity, deadlines, risks
• Plan and monitor CRM projects, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, resources, and expected
• Track CRM and business KPIs, including conversion, revenue, retention, and ROI, and translate data

• Proven experience in CRM strategy and CRM operations management.
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching teams.
• Experience managing projects, priorities, resources, and operational capacity.
• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Insider One.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and business-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing clients and senior stakeholders.
