CRM Manager - International (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of international lifecycle journeys, triggered communications, and
• Leverage regional data, behavioral insights, and local market context to build segmented
• Deliver weekly and quarterly market-level performance insights and recommendations to the Director
• Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Brand, and in-market stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM
• Work with Data teams to monitor international performance and define market-level KPIs, including
• Partner with Martech to build and scale automations, maintain data integrity, support

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Lifecycle, Retention, or CRM Marketing, preferably within a fast-growing
• Digital strategy mindset with a proven ability to turn regional insights into innovative, locally
• Hands-on expertise with email, SMS, and mobile engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing
• Strong analytical skills; confident in market-level performance reporting and turning data into
• Experience optimizing automated customer journeys across retention channels and segments, with an
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills; able to coordinate
