📋 Description

  • Support Fever's CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app.
  • Activate customer data to deliver personalized communications.

  • Identify key segments to improve targeting and personalization.

  • Own weekly/monthly CRM reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor campaign metrics for measurable, insight-driven activities.

  • Stay updated on CRM best practices and emerging tech.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in mobile and web environments.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Experience with ESP platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid.
  • Proficiency in HTML.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging adaptation skills.
  • Experience developing CRM flows that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with segmentation and personalization knowledge.
