CRM Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the team's Braze expert for segmentation, personalization, and experimentation
• Document CRM processes, naming conventions, and governance standards
• Act as Lifecycle Marketing point of contact with Data Engineering and MarTech for troubleshooting
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Partner with Lifecycle Marketers, Data Engineering, and Product teams to improve data pipelines and
• Manage segmentation, dynamic content, and automation logic in Braze

🎯 Requirements

• 4 - 6+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Operations, ideally in
• Advanced working knowledge of Braze, including Canvas orchestration, Connected Content, and Liquid
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for email and in-app message development
• Working knowledge of SQL or comparable tools
• Solid understanding of CRM data structures (events, attributes, subscription states, segmentation)
• Adoption of latest AI tools in Braze and Claude
